It is well-known that China does not have the best human rights record, which we can see through the fact that it still has capital punishment, whose history we’re going to explore.

There is the presence of the one-child policy.  On one hand, because we all know that China is overpopulated, but on the other hand, that isn’t an excuse for forced abortions or denying an individual’s right to life.

As far as the legal system is concerned, we do feel that some of the laws can be enforced more strictly and we would like to aid China in their efforts to enforce their regulations.

In addition, we hold the belief that the Darfur crisis presents a very perplexing and baffling situation for most of the countries that take place in conflict, and we feel it is our moral and political duty to discuss with China their current position on arms and goods with trading the Republic of Sudan.

China has a lot of problems with pollution, with 760,000 people dying each year. They are also the largest emitter of Carbon-dioxide gas in the world. However, China is taking steps to reduce this problem. Last month they banned plastic bags and they have made commitments to increase efficiency. We strive to aid China in these efforts.

Nowadays, China has the third biggest economy, and by 2030 it will have the biggest economy in the world. This growth can be a threat for our economy or a powerful ally.

The Lear party hopes to ensure the health of the relationship through peaceful discussions and concrete agreements.

Also, there is an appalling imbalance in the Chinese import, especially in the textile sector.

We have a variety of plans to resolve the issues highlighted above. Through economic incentives and the possibility of disincentives or sanctions, we believe that Loudenia and China can work out their differences with plenty of open dialogue.
